Alan Dye is Co-Founder and Creative Director of NB, and an award-winning designer. He has over 30 years of experience leading major projects, including Philharmonie Luxembourg, Pernod Ricard, Crowne Plaza, The Royal Mail, Museum of London, V&A and Tate Modern.
Before founding NB: Studio with Nick Finney, Alan learnt his craft at Pentagram Design. He was educated at Ravensbourne University and Maidstone College of Art where he received a BA Honours.
Alan’s work has earned him numerous accolades and awards, including D&AD, Design Week, Brand Impact and New York Art Directors.
Alan is a regular judge for D&AD and other major awards internationally. For almost a decade, Alan served as Chairman of Typographic Circle, an events platform that brings together creatives with a love of design through a series of curated talks from leading designers in the industry. www.typocircle.com
