Since becoming a mother of four, Karen’s career has evolved from designer to inventor. Her patented inventions include 37º, a range of temperature-regulating baby clothes featuring NASA-developed fabrics. This award-winning brand has picked up a host of prizes, including the Kind & Jugend Innovation Award, The Good Design Award in Japan and double gold in the Best Inventors Awards. And if that wasn’t enough, she was voted one of the Top 10 Global Female Inventors in an award ceremony in Singapore.
