Jon Cockley

Jon spent a decade working in the publishing for Creative Review. He started out selling the small classified adverts at the back of the magazine and a lot of phone calls later he was the magazine’s Commercial Director. In 2011, he decided it was time to do his own thing and he set up Handsome Frank with his cousin Tom. Away from the illustration world he spends his time walking Hendrix the sausage dog, being a very bad wedding DJ and brewing beer for his Old Friends Brewery side project.

Tom Robinson

Before co-founding Handsome Frank, Tom worked as a designer and art director for various advertising agencies including Ogilvy, Publicis and LBi, which gave him invaluable insight into the creative industry. Outside of work Tom also moonlights as a travel photographer, having received commissions from Lonely Planet, Apple and the Gujarat Tourism. Other loves in Tom’s life include mountain bikes, DIY, music and large speakers.
