Rodney leads a team of designers creating media Apps for the new Windows 8 OS. He was previously responsible for design strategy and creative direction for Bing and Windows Live.
Before Microsoft, Rodney co-founded the award-winning London-based design consultancy, Edwards Churcher. There he was privileged to work with a number of leading brands including, Thomson Reuters, BT, FIFA, Condé Naste, Nike, The Economist, The Design Museum and The Science Museum.
Rodney is often invited to teach, and has served as a visiting lecturer at Ravensbourne College and Westminster University. His work has appeared in Fast Company, Eye Magazine and Rolling Stone amongst others.
Rodney is British and has spent the last 8 years living in both Seattle and New York.
