Aapo is responsible for the look, feel and tone of Nokia’s global advertising, as well as Nokia’s brand identity.
While Aapo studied at Helsinki School of Economics, he worked in an advertising agency as a creative. When he graduated in 2003, he joined Nokia and has continuously developed his career, working on advertising campaigns, product management and brand naming. Aapo role is to make Nokia’s brand and advertising simpler, more fun and more iconic, removing barriers between their product and its consumers. He works closely with the hardware and UI design teams to make sure their advertising brings the very best out of their creations.
