Novi believes that technology can always be more human.
She started her career a few years back in the field of automotive design research where she began to understand how everyone is different. Nothing new, perhaps. But especially after her study at the TU Delft, she focused more on small things in human nature. Things that actually matter. This shifted her design to appeal more to people's perceptual and emotional needs.
Her project with Dutch Railways on mobile application of train schedule turned a functional application into an enjoyable travel mate. Novi's other project with Vodafone Netherlands explored the new frontiers of distant communication service to make people feel closer to each other. With Wacom Europe, at the moment she is exploring natural and intuitive software interaction between people and computer, as simple as using pen and paper.
Novi finished her master's degree in Strategic Product Design at TU Delft and she currently works as a User Experience Designer in Wacom Europe.
