Drumjam is the pioneer of rhythm-based activities in India and the team is headed by Roberto Narain, the only trained corporate drum circle facilitator in the country. The company has an inventory of 20,000 high-quality instruments, and has worked with many leading corporate houses. Drumjam holds the record for the largest drumjam held in India as well as the record for the largest drum circle inventory. Having conducted sessions all over India from Ladakh to Kerala, from Ahmedabad to Kolkata. Over 3,50,000 people have participated in Drumjams across the Indian sub-continent and South-East Asia.

Roberto was born in Monza, Italy and lived in Bangkok, Thailand for over 15 years after which his family settled in Bangalore. He began drumming at the age of 13 and has since performed in musical styles ranging from rock, jazz rock, funk, fusion, and metal to contemporary jazz and world music throughout India as well as on the international music circuit. Roberto has played in and with numerous bands such as Middle Earth, Millennium, and WARDEN, and has accompanied musicians like Dr. L.Subramanium and Konarak Reddy.
He is currently studying carnatic classical music theory under the guidance of Mr. T.A.S. Mani of the Karnataka College of Percussion in order to incorporate nuances of carnatic rhythm into his drum set performances.
Roberto is currently also performing with the band ARYA, which performed at the prestigious festival “La Mar de Musicas, in Cartagena, Spain on July 15th 2003. Arya have also toured within U.S.A in September 2004.
He is also a partner of The Active, a recording studio with Singer/Actress Vasundhara Das in Bangalore.
